Analysis in TE37

So my new front track wheels came in, i`m pretty psyched. Silver TE37s 17x9j +22, they should fit nicely. Got them for a killer deal too, looks like they have barely even seen any road time, absolutely no curb rash or scratches of any kind. They came with some Dunlop DZ101s, not really expecting much from these tires but i`ll probably run them a couple times before i switch to S tires. TE37s on the front Model 5s on the back.. can`t complain with that combo.

Sorry for the delay, here comes part 8 of my coverage of JCCA.

It is always good to see shops running their prized possessions hard on the track. Garage Masuda was out with their Kenmeri, it has carbon fiber fenders in case you didn`t know.

Parked directly behind them was this SGX Laurel painted in the old R30 style livery

On the track was this Panasport`d purple Pantera  (say that 3 times fast)

GT-R Size (I`m taking notes)

It has been a while since i posted a dori ten so here is one i scanned last night. This one talked about running GT-R size rims on your car which is usually 9j with a +22 or less offset. The Blue 15 is dope because it is all stock metal fenders that have been massaged out 30mm larger in the front and 35mm in the back. the rims are Advan RG 17x9.5j +12 with 245 rev specs. The owner says that he thinks he can go to a 10.5j +5 in the back (he is still able to fit 2 fingers between the tire and inner fender.) The car is also running a very modest 2 degrees of camber in the front and 2.5 in the back...

Continuing on with the coverage is this orange S30 with what i think are Work CR-01s with an orange lip.

 

Here is the Masuda Works C110 pulling away from a 510 coupe and Z. At first i thought the 510 was the same one from New Years Meet but on closer inspection it was a different car.

Back to the parking lot things were as good as ever. This Carina was a pleasant surprise, dropped pretty low on a set of Formula Mesh

I always wonder what these guys do if they every get caught out at night or in dense fog. The window banner read `God Speed Yuu` and is the name of a 70`s Bosozoku movie.

Sorry, just 3 pics today. Been really busy with other things and haven`t had much time to sort through stuff. Below is the City Auto S30 on Work Meister wheels. I wish i spent more time shooting this car but there was so much stuff to take in my brain was on overload. Gotta love that Senna helmet and the Coca cola style sticker reads `City-Auto`.

LOW BRAIN

While i was at JCCA i took some time to head over to the drift course and it just so happened that Low Brain was there running. These guys know how, no stupid GT type kits or wings, just simple aero and really really fuggin low
